Delivery Policy

Our website intelligently works out the available options for delivery of your goods. There will normally be several options for you to choose from covering a range of prices and delivery speeds. The prices displayed for delivery are shown excluding VAT, where applicable. We use Royal Mail's various services, as well as Courier services. Whilst every effort is made to automatically calculate the correct postage, we reserve the right to charge a little more to cover Non-Mainland which attract greater charges from the delivery companies.

UK mainland deliveries

Items less than 500g will normally be sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded.

Items greater than 500g will normally be sent by next day courier.

Overseas and Non-UK Mainland deliveries

Depending on the weight/size/value of your order, it may attract a higher delivery charge. These orders are usually sent by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For (ISF). You will be notified of any extra charge, and required to confirm you accept the extra charge (which will be charged to you at cost) before the goods will be shipped.

You will be billed in GBP. US Dollar and Euro prices are shown on our website for your help and guidance only.

Delivery Schedule

We usually ship all orders the same day, subject to the order being received by us before midday. International orders may take longer. The vast majority or our orders arrive next day within the UK, international delivery times vary greatly depending on the country and customs clearance.

Stock errors

Our website provides live stock indicators, and will prevent you from ordering products that are not in stock. Owing to us having a "bricks and mortar" shop as well as a website, on very rare occasions it might be possible for the system to allow you to purchase an item that has sold out in the shop, but has not yet updated the website. This is down to technology limitations and is currently unavoidable. If you encounter this scenario, we aim to resolve the issue immediately. Please make sure we have up to date contact details for you in your account.

The only items that can be intentionally ordered whilst not in stock are items which we can restock in less than 24 hours. You will still receive a next day despatch in a worst case scenario.

Credit Card Security

We use PayPal to deliver our payment gateway securely. We do not store any credit card details online. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Right of Cancellation

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please either write to us at the address on this website or email us with details of your cancellation. If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the returns address we provide. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.

Damaged Goods

We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please call us on 07735970429 within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate. We will also pay you the cost of the return postage. You will need to include a covering letter in the package stating the reason for return, and you might need to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office for us to be able to refund your postage costs.

Returns Address

Please mark return parcels for the attention of the Returns Department at the usual address.
